Bright, spicy, and built for a hot day.

Wine glass

Golden Hour Spritz

Sessionable, golden, and built for daytime.

Lillet blanc and unfiltered apple cider round out the Kernza® grain notes, while champagne and ginger beer keep it lively. At ~10% ABV, it's light enough for the afternoon but complex enough to sip slowly.

Ingredients

  • 1 ozPerennial Spirits Kernza® Vodka
  • 1 ozLillet blanc apéritif
  • 1 ozUnfiltered apple cider
  • 2 ozGinger beer
  • 2 ozChampagne
  • Thin lemon and orange slices, for garnish
  1. 1Build in a wine glass over ice.
  2. 2Add vodka, Lillet blanc, and unfiltered apple cider.
  3. 3Top with ginger beer and champagne.
  4. 4Gently stir and garnish with thin lemon and orange slices inside the glass.

Tip: A sessionable spritz is lower in alcohol, ~90–10%, which makes this light enough for daytime but still complex and satisfying.
